Planner Questions

Can I change the text on my cover?

Yes! When making your order there is a place to add notes. Simply detail the text you want on your cover when checking out and using option #3.

Can I change the weekly layout design?

Not at this time but we understand the appeal to be able to do this. We will be working to make that an option down the road though! 

What planner size options are available?

Each of our planners are 7.5 x 9.5 inches and our outer cover is 8 x 10 inches. They are about 1.5 inches thick but this will vary depending on the add-ons you include in your order. 

I ordered a lot of add-ons, is it all going to fit?

Planners up to 45 dollars will fit on 1-inch discs. Planners 46-55 dollars will typically fit on 1.5-inch discs. If your planner is more than 55 dollars, it will not fit in one planner. One option is to purchase an extra set of covers & discs HERE.

I ordered a planner last year and just need new planner pages, can I reuse my discs & cover and save money?

No problem, simply Contact Us and we will send you a link to order a pages only planner. The pages will be trimmed and punched to fit into your old cover & discs.


Can I add a picture to my cover?

Yes! With cover option #2, design your cover and email us it at Be sure to include your order number in the message.

Can I design my own cover?

Yes, just remember that we will need to trim it once you email it to us down to the 7.5 x 9.5 inch size and punch the holes for the desks on the left hand side. 

What are features in development?

We added new add-on features like the monthly meeting notes based on your suggestions. What is in store next year is based on your ideas so Contact Us as we would love to hear from you!

Help! Sometimes my pages do not turn smoothly or come off the discs, what do I do?

Using a disc bound planner requires a special touch that is easy to learn. Discover how to use your Blue Rocket Planner at our Using the Planner page to see how your can rearrange pages and turn them effectively. 

Why are the labels not on my tabs?

The beauty of a disc bound planner is that you can arrange sections and pages however you want. Once you decide how to arrange your planner, you can add the included labels to your tabs.

Ordering Questions

What is your return policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your order. To return an item, contact us within 10 days of receiving your planner and send it back to us. We will provide you a refund of the purchase price if the items are in new condition.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free with the order of a planner. Just ordering some add-ons or refills? Shipping will be 4.00.  

How many days between ordering and shipping?

We want to get your order out as soon as possible. We generally mail your planner within 4-8 business days of your order. The Postal Service usually takes 4-5 days. During peak parts of the season, it may take longer but we will do our best to get things to you as soon as possible. 

Can I track my order?

Yes, upon making an order, you will receive a confirmation email of your order. Once your package is shipped, you will be provided a tracking number. 

You ship throughout the United States. What if I have an Army / Fleet / Diplomatic Post Office Address in another country? 

We can ship to APO/FPO/DOP addresses at the regular rate. Please keep the US Postal Office Guidelines in mind for these types of addresses.

It's half way through the year and I used all of an add-on pack. How do I order just an add-on pack or two?

With a disc binding you can always come back and order add-ons for your planner. Visit our shop to explore the options. 

Are there any group discount options?
